I've always had a passion for sports & fitness. As a kid, I loved feeling strong and challenging myself physically. As an adult, my love for sports took a back seat to "earning a living". After 20 years of sitting in an office I got tired of the swivel chair spread and decided to start working with a trainer. To hold myself accountable, I created an event for moms that caught on and I had over 260 other ladies on board working on their health & fitness. With two kids in tow, I said goodbye to the corporate world and became certified as a fitness trainer.
